Balance your yin and yang energies with this combination class. VinYin is half vinyasa flow and half yin yoga (a very slow paced, deep practice focusing on long holds of grounded/seated postures). Practitioners will be given an energizing flow sequence for about 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of deep postures (with restorative alternative options) each held for 3-5 minutes to stimulate the joints and connective tissues by increasing the supply of fluids to them.

Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, and spinal stability. It also promotes muscle strengthening, improved structural alignment, and good posture. In Pilates Fusion, we will add the use of props and complimentary exercises from Barre and Yoga to give you a well-rounded hour-long work out.
