Fusion Flow is a balanced blend of the Yoga and Pilates practice. It will combine the fluid movement of Yoga flow with the mechanical precision of Pilates. Fusion will offer mindfulness, fine tuning of the muscles and the melding of two thoughts of wellness. You will stretch, strengthen and lengthen the body. Fusion implements breath work, stretching, core work, alignment, balance and Yoga postures and sequencing. Fusion Flow focuses on realigning, improving posture, opening up the body, building a strong center, and allowing for freedom of movement. Come check out a class that has the best of both worlds.
