Our Gentle and Restorative Yoga class is a wonderful opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. You’ll be supported by props in relaxing postures for longer periods of time, encouraging the body to open and release muscular and emotional tension. This is a very soft practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into natural balance and state of grace. This class will end with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation. All levels welcome.
Gentle and Restorative with Yoga Nidra is only offered at our Downtown location. We do offer Gentle and Restorative Yoga (without Yoga Nidra) at our South location as well. Check out our schedule for the most up to date information.
