Our Gentle and Restorative Yoga class is a wonderful opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. You’ll be supported by props in relaxing postures for longer periods of time, encouraging the body to open and release muscular and emotional tension. This is a very soft practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into natural balance and state of grace.
This gentle class is suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to seasoned practitioner. A necessary addition to any practice and a relaxing welcome to the practice of yoga, Gentle and Restorative Yoga is offered at both locations. Check out our schedules for the most up to date information.
