A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style flow designed to build heat and strengthen. This class focuses on linking breath with a vigorous and mindful flow that challenges and energizes. Students build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a cardiovascular and strength building workout.
