The seed of yoga was planted in Roxanne Butler at a young age by a dear friend and mentor. Later at the age of 25, Roxanne was drawn back into the warm quiet rooms of a yoga studio. She found benefits in the movement therapy of the physical practice, as well as an inner peace and quiet that followed her out into the noisy streets of Southern California. Roxanne’s teaching style focuses on a deep connection to breath, a balance between stability and flexibility, as well as on the discipline, alignment and structure of the yoga postures. Roxanne hopes to aide her students in finding their inner guide to a balanced state of being.
