A Yoga Life: Yachats Retreat with Diane Butera and Rasika Link

Join Rasika and Diane in this rich exploration of yogic teachings of asana, meditation, pranayama, and dharma. The setting of this unique oceanside retreat encourages us to hear our heart song. Instructor Bios:

Rasika Link
Rasika Martha Link, MSSW, RYT-500, brings warmth and joy into her classes. She has been a student of yoga since 1981. Her countless yoga teachers include Mr. Iyengar and his daughter, Geeta Iyengar. Angela Farmer has also influenced her style. Sylvia Boorstein and Sally Armstrong have been her meditation teachers since 1999. Rasayana Yoga (the yoga of rejuvenation) is the name she gives to her yoga. She also holds a certificate in “Ayurveda and Yoga” from Kripalu and in Yoga Therapy from Phoenix Rising.

Diane Butera
Diane’s teaching reflects her desire to assist students in understanding the practice of yoga in their own unique body. She supports yoga as an inquiry. The bio mechanics of the poses, combined with the mindfulness skills yoga offers, reflect her focus to offering safe and sustainable yoga. Diane has experienced five 200RYT Teacher trainings, including trainings with Sarahjoy Marsh and Scott Anderson. She is currently completing the Alignment Yoga RYT500 with Scott Anderson. Her life story includes mother of three grown daughters, and cancer survivor.

Payment for retreats are non-refundable. In the event of an unforeseeable cancellation due to illness or injury, you will receive credit to your Eugene Yoga account to be used for a future retreat with the same instructor.
