For women who are new to yoga or looking for a gentle, but thorough, yoga class in a slow-paced, caring atmosphere of acceptance. Strengthen, align, relax, breathe, develop body awareness. Appropriate for students recovering from injuries or chronic pain. Adaptations of poses are suggested and encouraged where needed.
