This Hatha Yoga class focuses on building strong bones, strength, balance, grace and inner wisdom. Using various tools and props, we address postural alignment and core strength, and the development of muscle that supports bone.
We offer this class at the Gentle level and as an All Levels class that is also appropriate for beginners to yoga. Yoga for Strength and Balance is only offered at our South location. Check out our schedule for the most up to date information.
