No matter which of the options below you choose for your practice, all classes are recorded and links to the recordings are sent to all who have registered.
In-studio classes with in-person instructors:
Monday – 12pm Feldenkrais, 4:30pm Hatha all levels, 6pm Flow all levels
Tuesday – 8:30 am Flow 2, 5:30pm Hatha all levels
Wednesday – 12pm Pilates, 4:30pm Hatha all levels, 6pm Gentle and Restorative
Thursday – 5:30pm Flow all levels
In-studio classes with instructor on the flat screen:
Monday – 9am Yoga Basics
Tuesday – 10am Gentle Yoga
Wednesday – 10am Yoga Basics
Thursday – Flow 2 with Erin (starts in-person in March), 10am Core Awareness, 1:30pm Chair Yoga
Friday – 9am Strength & Balance
