Postnatal Yoga Series (Sundays 7.10-08.07)

A place for Mama’s to come in the 4th trimester, and beyond! When everyone is focused on the new beautiful life and all the time and care that is required. Meanwhile Mom is still healing, recovering, while transitioning into a new role and needing some support and care as well. This is a space of gentle movement, where you get to come as you are, building muscle tone, stretching tired muscles, reconnecting with core and pelvic floor strength, and much needed rest. Allowing for space to feel and relax, so that one can heal and connect with their own body. For new Mama’s or Mama’s who are just needing some space to slow down and connect with yourself and honor what you have been through bringing life into this world, however long it’s been. This space is for you. No yoga experience necessary.
