Yoga Nidra for Stress & Sleep WORKSHOP

Learn to relax more completely and experience a greater sense of peace through breathing techniques (to quiet the mind), gentle movement (to release pockets of stress), and a 30-minute healing guided meditation of Yoga Nidra — a powerful practice to reduce stress, improve sleep, and connect to your inner sense of wholeness, peace and well-being. During Yoga Nidra you are aware, profoundly relaxed, and maybe even asleep, accessing deeper levels of consciousness that, with practice, allow you to create new pathways in the brain for healing. All are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
