DESCRIPTION:In this class we will flow with the full harvest moon. This is an all levels class where we will move and breathe and connect to our bodies and the earth. As cooler temperatures visit our days as we head into winter\, The Frost Moon\, give us an opportunity to recognize the change of seasons. This is a yoga flow class that ends in a restorative reflective practice to calm our minds and find deep rest.
