Yoga offers us life skills to help stay in touch with the possibility of refuge within our own hearts and the tools to help soothe and comfort us through life’s challenges. Throughout this retreat we will look at practical ways to apply yoga teachings to support steadfastness\, and wellbeing. This retreat is held at The Yachats Inn\, located halfway between Florence and Newport\, on the beautiful Oregon coast. The Inn is on the ocean side of the highway offering a beautiful setting for connection and renewal.
