March 2021 Newsletter

Good News For You

Welcome to warmer weather, longer days, and more options to practice yoga!

What we’re doing to bring you more yoga:

Livestream classes will continue indefinitely, but we are especially excited to have increased our indoor class capacity to 8 students. COVID protocols apply and masks are required inside.

As the weather improves, we are lucky to have the unique ability to step outdoors for practice on the labyrinth. We are enabling a waitlist option for our in-person classes. On a class by class basis, when conditions permit, we’ll notify all who have registered. (Livestreams and recordings will continue.)

And we are almost ready to publish our FitVid library!

Recorded classes are being added to the video library daily. We’re very excited about this program and will communicate the details as we finalize and launch FitVid within our Wellness Living software. Stay tuned!

This Months Yoga Tip:

Variety is the spice of life… mix up your yoga practice by trying a new teacher or style of class, adding a short morning meditation to your wake-up routine, incorporating a new prop such as a stretchy band or pinky ball into your practice, or even just closing your eyes more often to let your other senses participate more fully in your practice.

May our world be filled with peace and gratitude.
