We encourage people to engage in practices that cultivate peace, health, and well-being. Yoga offers powerful tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, movement, and stillness, all of which help practitioners deal with the cumulative effects of stress. Virtual class information

We’re here, ready to support your practice, in our virtual studio on Zoom. Our incredible, experienced instructors offer over 25 virtual classes a week. Along with a variety of Hatha, Flow, Gentle and Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, we also offer specialty classes: Feldenkrais, Pilates, Chair Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Healthy Aging.

Our zoom classes are live-streamed from either our Southwind studio or the instructor’s home studio. Our set-up allows your teachers to see a gallery view of students who choose to leave their camera on – it’s not quite as good as being live in the studio, but it’s close! Props are optional, but we recommend having two blocks, a strap, blanket and bolster for your home practice.

About 10 minutes before any class, we’ll ‘open’ the virtual studio. Click the button below and you’ll enter the virtual studio’s waiting room until the host lets you in. Once you’re in the virtual studio, your microphone should be automatically muted – just tap your spacebar to unmute and mute again.

Pre-register through the link below, and even if you can’t practice at the time of the live-stream you will get a link to a recording of the class (only the instructor is recorded). Each link is active for at least three days.
