1. Digestion as it relates to nutrition in winter (Aahar)
2. Breathwork (Pranayama) for the winter season
3. Specific winter Yoga poses (Asana)
4. Daily routine (Dincharya) for winter
5. Meditation and inward journey during the cold months (Vichaar). The culinary highlight will be learning to make warming teas and soups, flu and cold remedies, and aphrodisiac herbs in foods.
