Jordan Lindstrom-Demant has been working with children for nearly 20 years across a wide range of creative and educational settings — from summer camps and after-school programs to fairy princess parties and face painting events. Her playful and intuitive style was deeply shaped by her time teaching locally at Whole Earth Nature School, where she learned to weave nature-based education with child-led exploration. For the past three years, Jordan has developed and implemented yoga and mindfulness curriculum for the 4J school district, and has also taught children’s yoga through Kidsports. Her classes are intentional, inclusive, and engaging —Designed to foster emotional awareness, and confidence, all while making movement fun and accessible.

In order to sign-up for Kids Yoga, simply create an account for yourself and choose the option on the left hand side “Add Child Account” and follow the prompts. If your child already has an account at Eugene Yoga, you can choose to link that account to yours in order to enroll them in a class through your account. Once you have added your child to your account, go to “Book Now” and at the top of the page look for “Purchase Options” and choose the Monthly Subscription that you would like to enroll your child in. For instance, if I had a 2nd Grader, I would choose “1st-3rd Grade Kids Yoga – Monthly Auto-Renew Subscription”. From here it will take you through the steps to enroll in that class. Please note, you must choose the name of your child in the “Buy for” drop down menu at check-out.

We always encourage our students to bring their own mat to kids yoga classes so that they can also enjoy yoga at home, but we also have mats at our studio for your use at no extra cost.
