Policies

Membership suspensions may be approved for injury/travel on a case by case basis. Minimum suspension length is 2 weeks. Maximum 3 suspensions per calendar year. E-mail [email protected] to submit a request.

Class passes must be activated (first use) within one year of purchase.

5-class passes expire 3 months from first use.

10-class passes expire 6 months from first use.

20-class and 50-class passes expire 12 months from first use.

It’s difficult to manage our business budget without expiration dates. For that reason, we encourage you to commit to your purchase. However, unexpected things happen and we try to be compassionate. On a case by case basis, given documentation of need, the following guidelines apply. E-mail [email protected] to submit a request.

If you are unable to use your pass up and you notify us prior to its expiration, we may extend the validity by half the original period (i.e., a 5-class pass can be extended by 6 weeks, a 10-class pass by 3 months, etc.).

If your pass expires and you notify us within 6 months, we may apply 50% of the unused value toward the purchase of another pass (i.e., 5-class pass for $75 expires with 3 classes left; unused value of $45 becomes credit of $22.50 towards another pass). Passes more than 6 months beyond expiration retain no value.

Retail items may be returned if their original tamper-proof packaging is intact. If the item did not come with tamper-proof packaging, it will be considered used after 24 hours and may not be returned after that time. Clothing with tags still attached and no sign of wear may also be returned. All items on consignment are final sale and may not be returned.

Eligible items may only be returned if the purchase was processed through your account or if you bring in a receipt.

You may remove your name from early sign-up up to 60 minutes prior to the start of class.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an event receive no refund. Cancellations made with 24 to 72 hours notice will be refunded 50% to your EY account to be used for a future workshop/series. Workshop refunds can only be used toward other workshops, and series refunds can only be used toward other series. Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will be refunded in full minus a $7 administrative fee to the purchasing agent.

If events are cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund. It is up to you if you prefer to be refunded to the purchasing agent or to your EY account for use in future purchases of any kind. Credit card transactions can be refunded to the card directly or to your account, but we are unable to offer cash or check refunds for credit card purchases.
