Amy Green

Amy Green specializes in vibrational healing arts including sound healing, essential oils, Reiki, crystals and gemstones, and energy clearing techniques. Her intention is to work from the heart
center and allow intuition to guide her work with clients. She facilitates healing sessions by creating a sacred container, and offers a compassionate, nurturing presence to her clients. Amy
began her own personal healing journey in 2000, and has been studying healing arts, health and wellness, nutrition, cleansing and personal transformation ever since. She has a strong focus on self-care, personal healing work and inner growth. Amy has been a practitioner of energy medicine modalities since 2010.

Sound Meditation, Tuesdays, bi-monthly

Experience the benefits of multi-dimensional sound therapy for body, mind and spirit. Each session allows participants the opportunity to relax while various instruments are played for their rejuvenating and balancing properties. Amy facilitates a nurturing, held space to explore, heal and transform. Come ready to receive, and leave with a deep sense of peace and tranquility.

Francie White

Francie White has a BA in letters, an MA and a Ph.D. in mathematicsfrom the University of Oklahoma. Living in her head took a toll on her body. She was diagnosed with arthritis in her lower spine when she was 42 years old and developed a debilitating pain in her neck when she was 52.

A Feldenkrais practitioner helped her to refocus her attention on her body sensations and find the places in her body that were not moving well. She began training in the Feldenkrais Method® in 2015 and graduated in 2018. Her arthritis was cured after her first year of training and the pain in her neck is also long gone.

Awareness Through Movement: The Foot Bone’s Connected to the Head Bone, Mondays 12-1 pm, September 19-October 24

6-week Feldenkrais series, Mondays, 12-1 pm, September 19 – October 24, offered in-person & on Zoom.

Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) group classes lead the students through a series of simple movements, building to more complex movements that may not have been possible at the beginning of the lesson. These lessons provide the opportunity for students to attend to their own individual needs and build their own kinesthetic awareness that improves movement and reduces pain and discomfort.
