Do you want to have fun upside down? Are you interested in unlocking your crow pose, Chaturunga, or handstands? Well, this is the class for you. In this workshop we will go over the foundations behind the muscle groups and range of motion necessary to complete these inversions. We will work specifically on the hands, wrists, and shoulders in a sequential manner that allows any level of practitioner to find a path to personal growth!
