Exploring the Ropes w/ Andrea Stafl (Day 2)

Learn how you can release tension, create space and bring ease to your yoga practice with the use of wall ropes. Wall ropes are a standardized Iyengar yoga prop and can be utilized for every type of yoga pose to practitioners of all levels. In this workshop we will first explore how wall ropes can release neck and shoulder tension. Then we will create space in the back through supported spinal extensions and back bends. Lastly, we will use the wall ropes to experience restorative poses with more ease.
