Harvest Supermoon Flow with Laura Black

In this class we will flow with the full moon known as the harvest moon. This is an all levels class where we will move and breathe and connect to our bodies and the earth. This is a yoga flow class that ends in a restorative reflective practice to calm our minds and find deep rest.
