Prenatal Yoga Series with Jennifer Jamieson

This series which is held on Saturdays, from April 11 – May 9, from 12:00-1:15pm, introduces yoga practices to help support your body, mind and heart during pregnancy. In this series you will also benefit from creating community and meeting other expecting parents. Jennifer is a mom of two teenagers. Yoga helped her through all stages of pregnancy. Jennifer has been teaching prenatal yoga for 17 years and loves to share pregnancy accessible yoga practices that have many benefits. Guided by Jennifer Jamieson.
