Sturgeon Full Moon Flow with Laura Black

In this class we will flow with the Full Sturgeon Moon. Sturgeon can live up to 150 years, making this moon a time to honor ancestral wisdom and build personal endurance. This moon occurs at the tail end of summer, it urges you to slow down, reflect on your goals, and bolster your inner strength before the autumn arrives. This is an all levels class where we will move and breathe and connect to our bodies and the earth. Laura Black is a graduate of the Debra Silverman Applied Astrology School and has been a professional astrologer since 2019.
