In this gentle yoga class, we will use the practice of Hatha yoga to maintain, reestablish or create well-being in our body and mind. We will learn techniques to release tension, preserve flexibility, increase strength and create focus and calm. This class provides a safe and supportive atmosphere no matter what your level of yoga experience. Please join us in this amazing journey as we unveil our inner healing wisdom and strengthen and tone our body on the way.
This slower, gentler Hatha practice is suitable for complete beginners, people with certain injuries and pregnant women. Always be sure to talk with your instructor before class if you have any concerns about your body in terms of your asana practice. We offer Gentle Yoga several times a week at both locations.
