Learn to relax more completely and experience a greater sense of peace through mindfulness and breathing techniques (to quiet the mind), gentle movement (to release pockets of stress), ending with a 30-minute healing guided meditation of Yoga Nidra — a powerful practice to reduce stress, improve sleep, and connect to your ever-present underlying inner sense of wholeness, peace and well-being. During Yoga Nidra you are aware, profoundly relaxed, and maybe even asleep, accessing deeper levels of consciousness that, with practice, allow you to create new pathways in the brain for healing. These tools have more recently been used to help others heal from Long Covid. All are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
