Prenatal yoga is a specialized practice tailored to support the physical and emotional needs of pregnancy. Gentle and intentional, it incorporates breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being and prepare you for childbirth and postpartum recovery.

Meet Your Instructor: Jennifer Jamieson

With over 20 years of yoga experience, Jennifer brings wisdom, kindness, and inquiry to every class. As a yoga educator and single mother of two, she understands firsthand the emotional and physical landscape of motherhood. Her teaching blends heartfelt yoga philosophy with biomechanics, empowering students of all backgrounds to find ease and confidence on the mat.

Jennifer’s ability to build community through authenticity and grounded presence is what makes her classes truly special. She is a certified 500-hour RYT, having trained with respected teachers Sarahjoy Marsh and Scott Anderson, and continues to lead with a deep sense of gratitude and purpose.
